Hearing the forest through the trees.

Hushed silence.
That is how I describe aspects of my hikes in Acadia National Park in Maine this past summer.
Silence, I have discovered, opens one up to a deeper form of attention, to oneself and to others.
Sometimes the solutions we seek can be found through such thoughtful listening – "hearing the forest through the trees."
Are you and members of your organization talking at – or listening to – one another in seeking solutions?
